Recently, Liangdun Biotechnology welcomed customers from South Korea and Japan for consecutive visits to our company, including factory inspections, production audits, product discussions, and flavor evaluation.

The visits provided an important opportunity for our overseas partners to gain a deeper understanding of Liangdun’s production capabilities, quality management system, R&D strength, and product development process.

On-Site Factory Audit and Production Review

During the visits, the customers toured our production facilities and reviewed different stages of our manufacturing and quality control processes.

The discussions covered areas such as:

· traceability and documentation

· production equipment and manufacturing capacity

For international customers, especially those with strict quality requirements, an on-site audit is an important part of supplier evaluation.

Flavor Evaluation with Our Korean Customer

In addition to the factory visit, our Korean customer also conducted a flavor evaluation and tasting session with the Liangdun team.

A number of flavor samples were reviewed and discussed from the perspectives of aroma profile, application suitability, flavor intensity, and market preference.

This type of face-to-face evaluation is particularly valuable in the flavor industry. Different markets often have different expectations for sweetness, dairy notes, fruit profiles, bakery aromas, and overall flavor balance.

By evaluating samples together, both sides were able to communicate more directly and identify potential directions for future product development and customization.

We were very pleased to receive positive feedback from the customer regarding both our flavor products and our production facilities.
